1. Source Material for the Pattern

2. Pre-expansion
With pentane as an effective blowing agent, polystyrene expands impressively, turning into perfectly pre-expanded beads with remarkable fluidity, thanks to a fluidity bed dryer.
3. Molding
In this phase, pre-expanded EPS beads are injected via a fill gun into a metallic mold with compressed air. Upon heating, the beads bond together, creating the precise pattern geometry. Discover the intricate process of mold-making below.
4. Pattern Section Assembly and Mounting on a Gating System
Complex pattern geometries are simplified into sections that are meticulously assembled into a complete pattern post-foaming and drying. These assembled patterns are then strategically mounted on a single gating system, creating a cohesive cluster.

The assembled clusters are expertly dipped and coated with a specialized 2mm-thick water-based refractory coating, ensuring durability and precision.
6. Mold Filling

7. Casting
