The S5610 multifunctional vibration regeneration machine is mainly used in resin sand casting workshops. This machine is a resin sand regeneration equipment developed based on the absorption of advanced technologies at home and abroad, long-term production verification by numerous manufacturers, and multiple improvements by technical personnel according to user feedback. It integrates multiple functions such as sand dropping (with a sand dropping frame), crushing, delamination, screening, etc., with a compact structure, small footprint, and simple process flow. The machine mainly works by rubbing and rubbing, with low sand crushing rate and high recovery rate. Structure
This machine is mainly composed of upper and lower cylinders, springs, vibration motors, brackets, etc. Two vibration motors are installed on the lower cylinder, at a certain angle to the axis of the lower cylinder, with opposite directions of rotation. During work, under the action of excitation force, the materials inside the upper cylinder rotate in a circular motion, collide and rub against each other, thereby breaking and peeling off the film; Sand particles with a diameter less than 3mm fall into the bottom through the grid, rise along the first level spiral groove, pass through the screen mesh at the overlapping part of the first and second levels of spiral, and are screened again. The material on the screen is discharged from the slag discharge groove; The undersized part continues to rise along the secondary spiral groove and is discharged from the upper discharge port.
