1. Source Material for the Pattern: Begin with selecting the optimal material for crafting precision patterns.
This stage is crucial for successful lost foam casting. Select the material based on the casting requirements. For aluminum die castings, we opt for expandable polystyrene containing pentane, which serves as an effective blowing agent. Choosing the right material ensures the foundation for an impeccable casting process, where each element plays a pivotal role.

2. Pre-expansion: Witness the transformation of polystyrene as it expands with precision and efficiency.
