Working principle

The bowl sand mixer is an intermittent or continuous resin sand or sodium silicate-bonded sand mixer. The sand mixing process is carried out in a spherical container, and the
swirl motion of the sand is turned up by the high-speed rotation of the sand mixing sheet. The reflector sheet is fixed in the
upper hemisphere, and then the sand is reflected down, so that the sand and curing agent and resin adhesive are fully mixed and
uniform.
