1.This series of equipment not only cools and removes molds, but also has functions such as removing metal particles, removing particle powder film eyebrows, etc. It is widely used in large and medium-sized resin sand production lines. 2. This series of equipment is a continuous cooler. After the loose old sand enters the fluidized bed, it boils under the strong blowing of the high-pressure fan, and starts boiling around the dense cooling pipe from the sand inlet. Under the strong suction and cooling water, the old sand is fully cooled and the film is removed.
Structure and working principles
1. Structure Boiling cooler is mainly composed of fan system, boiling bed, cooling system, etc. 2. working principles The working principle of the device is as follows: the fan sends air to the stabilizing box and divides it through a ball valve into the lower cover. Multiple nozzles are evenly arranged on the flat plate of the lower cover. The air flow generates a suspension force on the sand particles through the spraying effect, causing the sand to boil and flow from the sand inlet side to the sand outlet side. At the same time, the dust particles with a mesh size of ≤ 200 are sucked out by the dust removal port. The working capacity of a boiling cooler is determined by the height difference between the sand inlet and outlet, as well as the size of the air flow regulation. The loose sand entering the middle cover enters the fluidized bed in a boiling state, and cooling water pipes are arranged in a staggered manner inside the bed. The boiling sand flows in a curved manner around the pipes to extend the process and ensure sufficient dust removal and cooling. Loose materials undergo rolling and erasing during all boiling, fluidization, and cooling processes. 3. Boiling cooling bed is generally used in conjunction with the vibration regeneration machine pressure feeding device to form a regeneration system. It is usually not used separately, so it is not equipped with a separate electrical control system, but is included in the electrical control cabinet of the regeneration system. Its working principle is detailed in the "Regeneration Device Electrical Control Cabinet User Manual".
