Working Principle
The HSLH casting and cooling production line consists of a horizontal single-row and double-row sand mold conveyor, trolley transfer vehicles, sand mold pushing mechanism, sand mold ejection mechanism (also the trolley cleaning mechanism), core box pressure installation mechanism, core box pressing mechanism, core box pressure removal mechanism, core box cleaning mechanism, pressure cleaning mechanism, hydraulic power unit system, electrical control unit, touch screen electronic control operation system, and secondary cooling conveyor belt system. The system uses high-speed PLC control, a full set of imported electrical and hydraulic power systems, operates smoothly with low downtime, and the touch screen operation system provides convenient standard, storage, pouring, and cleaning automatic operation programs, allowing users to efficiently organize production. The pouring operator line operation is simple and reliable, enabling operators to stop or start at any position using the line switch as needed. The design of the trolleys, transfer vehicles, and light rail track rollers ensures the system's running accuracy.

6. Both-end transfer vehicles use variable frequency motors, providing smooth start and stop, fast running speed, and no impact.

7. The height of the head pulley of the secondary cooling conveyor can be determined according to the requirements of the sand drop machine, minimizing underground work.
8. The operating time of the secondary cooling conveyor can be adjusted according to the cooling time of the castings, in order to change the total cooling time of the castings and meet the requirements of castings made of different materials.
