Product Description

The permanent magnet separator produced by our factory is widely used in metallurgy, mining, power generation, combustion, building materials, ceramics, flour, casting and other industries. It can separate strong magnetic substances such as iron nails, iron beans, cold iron, core bones, and sprues mixed in bulk materials from the materials to protect process equipment and transportation equipment such as crushing, screening, lifting, feeding, mixing, and shaping. Working principle

     The structure of the permanent magnet separator is shown in the figure above. The magnetic system is fixed on the bottom plate, and the motor drives the gear reduction drum to rotate. During operation, the iron block is attracted to the tape below the bottom plate, moves linearly with the tape, and is thrown out from below the magnetic system to achieve the separation purpose. The magnetic system on the bottom plate adopts increasing the number of layers of magnetic blocks to further enhance the magnetic field strength, resulting in a large magnetic energy storage capacity, slow aging of magnetic blocks, and long service life. This series of permanent magnet separators only requires regular oiling of the bearings to operate normally. They can work continuously for a long time at an ambient temperature of no more than 70 ºC, with strong magnetic attraction, thick separation layer, high magnetic field strength, and a separation rate of 96-99%. The magnetic system ages slowly and has a long service life, with a decrease of only 18% in 5-7 years. They are still close to electromagnetic separation equipment and can be reused.
