For cast iron and steel parts, the solution lies in a sophisticated copolymer blend of EPS and EPMMA.
2. Pre-expansion Phase
Witness the marvelous expansion of polystyrene, orchestrated by the dynamic action of pentane as a blowing agent. Below, we illustrate a bead elegantly pre-expanded using an ingenious fluidity bed dryer.
3. Molding Process Unveiled
In crafting the actual pattern section, pre-expanded EPS beads are expertly propelled through a fill gun into a durable metallic mold by compressed air force. Inside this mold, the beads harmonize during the heating phase to form the exact desired pattern geometry. Discover the intricate molding process outlined below.
4. Pattern Section Assembly and Strategic Mounting
