This product is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized sand removal on semi-automatic molding lines and mechanized molding lines in casting workshops. It plays a role in sand removal and separation of molding sand and castings, and is more suitable for use in combination with bucket box machines or other machinery that prevents the sand box from jumping on the sand removal machine grid bed. This not only reduces noise, but also reduces the wear of high-precision sand boxes on molding lines. This product is suitable for casting sand on various types of cast iron parts and is a widely used universal product.
Features
1. The material of the vibrating sand dropping machine is low-alloy steel. Use T507 low hydrogen welding rod (ship specific). The tensile strength of the weld seam is ≥ 50kg/mm.
2. The weld seam has undergone non-destructive testing to ensure that there are no defects in the welding. The overall structure is sturdy, resistant to vibration and impact, and there are no welding cracks or loose frames after long-term use. The material of the countertop body is 16Mn alloy steel plate. disintegration over long-term use. The table surface is made of 16Mn alloy steel plate.
3. After welding the vibrating sand removal machine grid bed, the overall stress relief treatment is carried out at 600 ºC for 6 hours, and the qualitative treatment is carried out at 150-200 ºC for 48 hours. Process the joint surface of the vibration motor.
4. The vibration motor adopts products from Yangzhou Baofei Yousite, a Sino foreign joint venture. The vibration motor is arranged at both ends of the sand dropping machine grid bed, with one vibration motor installed at each end. The block size after sand falling should match the block size of the vibrating crusher.
5. The connection between the vibration motor and the grid bed adopts inclined iron clamping positioning, and the vibration motor is fastened with 12.9 grade high-strength bolts, double set anti retreat locking nuts, and anti rotation bolt seats. The above structure belongs to our company's proprietary technology for vibration machinery products and has been in use for more than ten years. Other casting machinery production plants do not have this structure. The worktable has good wear resistance and the surface plate holes are elliptical in shape.
6. The accuracy of the spring is level 2, and it has undergone shot peening strengthening treatment. The service life of the spring is ≥ 3 years.
7. The production and manufacturing of equipment comply with relevant national standards for machinery, electrical, safety, environmental protection, and JB1644 standards for casting machine products.
